Visiting top enterprises and engaging in cross-industry exchanges is one of Gemhorn Jewelry's key approaches to building a learning-oriented team. On May 7, the company's training center organized the third stop of its corporate visit series—Huizhou Kedali Precision Industry Co., Ltd. General Manager Xiao Ping led a delegation of over 20 mid-to-senior managers and core technical personnel to participate in the event.
Kedali is a listed company specializing in R&D and manufacturing of precision structural components for lithium batteries and automotive applications. Headquartered in Shenzhen, it operates factories in Shanghai, Xi'an, Huizhou, Jiangsu, Dalian, Fujian, and Germany. With proprietary intellectual property and core technologies, Kedali holds approximately 60% of the domestic market share and 35% globally. Currently, its annual revenue exceeds 2 billion RMB, with industrial parks spanning over 700,000 m² and an R&D team of 700+ professionals.
Kedali Serves Clients Worldwide
The delegation visited Huizhou Kedali, the company's largest production base in South China. Accompanied by Factory GM Nie Yujun, the team explored Kedali's corporate exhibition hall and automated production workshops, gaining insights into its development history, product evolution, automation upgrades, and cutting-edge R&D. The group was deeply impressed by Kedali's innovative strategies, forward-looking planning, and professionalism, sparking lively discussions.

Friction Welding Workshop
In Kedali's specialized friction welding workshop, the large-scale production lines and advanced copper-aluminum friction welding technology captured the delegation's attention. The team engaged in in-depth discussions on the potential application of this technology in jewelry manufacturing and its technical challenges.
During the subsequent seminar, both sides exchanged views on corporate development strategies, innovation, automation, standardization, quality control, on-site management, and talent recruitment. GM Xiao Ping expressed gratitude to Kedali's team and detailed Gemhorn's production scale, product categories, and achievements in automation transformation.
Both Kedali and Gemhorn are leaders in metal processing—Kedali in new energy components, Gemhorn in precious metals. Despite differing sectors, they share common ground: a commitment to innovation and excellence. This dedication to manufacturing expertise laid the foundation for a highly productive exchange.
Today, Kedali thrives in the new energy sector as a sought-after partner for lithium battery manufacturers, thanks to its cost-effective products, massive capacity, and rapid response. This success model inspires Gemhorn's future direction. With the vision to "lead jewelry manufacturing through innovation and reshape the industry with smart production," Gemhorn will continue striving to become a globally renowned jewelry manufacturer.
