On January 7, Gemhorn Jewelry's 2019 "Smart Craftsmanship · Creating the Future" Spring Festival Gala was grandly held at the Baohengda International Hotel. Nearly a thousand attendees, including company leaders, distinguished guests, employees and their families gathered together to enjoy an extraordinary audio-visual feast.

This year's gala highlighted the theme of "Smart Craftsmanship · Creating the Future". From the magnificent opening video and leadership speeches to the documentary "Smart Craftsmanship" depicting Gemhorn's daily work, every element showcased the company's dynamic spirit of "racing toward the future". The joyful entrance games, festive New Year blessing videos, and spectacular song-and-dance performances immersed everyone in a warm, celebratory atmosphere.

At the opening, General Manager Xiao Ping extended warm welcomes to all guests and Gemhorn colleagues. He noted that in the past year, "with steadfast Gemhorn strength, we withstood market pressures through pragmatic innovation and achieved remarkable results against the odds." In R&D, the company's first self-designed automatic engraving machine entered trial operation, marking a new level in intelligent production. Throughout 2018, Gemhorn added 300 new equipment units (worth 35 million RMB), increased plain gold production by 15% YoY, grew gemstone jewelry sales by 5%, and filed 30+ patents including 1 invention patent and 1 utility model patent.

Amid these innovations, the company achieved significant milestones: May saw the establishment of Factory 5; June introduced the 7S management system; October formed the Work Safety Committee; November created the Lilang Branch Labor Union; and December marked the third consecutive blood donation drive with 473 participants donating nearly 170,000ml cumulatively. A highlight was the premiere of the documentary "Smart Craftsmanship · Creating the Future", showcasing Gemhorn's efficient workflows, artisan spirit, and advancements in smart production and R&D. Featuring technicians from various factories, its screening drew thunderous applause. The gala culminated in a passionate chorus of "Beyond Dreams", lifting the atmosphere to its peak.
