In the training, Instructor Ma Jinghua explained the basic logic of AI in an accessible way, helping participants build an AI application mindset. The course covered high-demand skills such as prompt optimization, poster and video animation generation, as well as AI applications in Word, Excel, PPT and other office software, solving practical problems of “not knowing how to use or using poorly”.

The training was conducted in an active atmosphere with focused participation and interactive discussions on office challenges and smart tool applications. Many employees said the course refreshed their understanding of AI, introduced them to new tools, and inspired innovative working ideas. An employee from the Technology R&D Center commented: “Surprisingly, AI search tools helped me find rarely known mechanical processing materials in the industry, greatly improving search efficiency and saving much time.”
