Recently, Gemhorn Jewelry achieved a major breakthrough in intelligent jewelry manufacturing by successfully passing the national Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity (CMMM) Level 3 certification, becoming the first enterprise in China’s jewelry industry to earn this high-level national accreditation. This certification highlights Gemhorn’s innovative strength and solid technological foundation in intelligent jewelry manufacturing.  

The Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity certification is a national authoritative standard system guided by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and led by the China Electronics Standardization Institute. It adheres strictly to national standards *GB/T 39116-2020 (Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model) and GB/T 39117-2020 (Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Assessment Method), covering corporate strategy, foundational support, technological underpinning, application implementation, and performance improvement. Hailed as the "gold standard" for measuring intelligent manufacturing capabilities, it reflects an enterprise’s readiness for the Industry 4.0 era.  

During the rigorous evaluation, the expert panel visited Gemhorn’s factories, R&D centers, and Shuibei headquarters. Via on-site inspections, document reviews, and interviews, they assessed 18 capability sub-domains—including product design, process design, equipment management, safety & environmental protection, and information security. The panel unanimously confirmed that Gemhorn has achieved remarkable results in intelligent jewelry manufacturing, fully meeting national standards and passing the Level 3 assessment.
